Dreams: Poptarts or Prophecy?

cat dreaming

I’ve had wierd dreams like this, haven’t you?

Today my topic is dreaming, specifically – spiritual dreams that have significance when interpreted according to biblical symbolism and reflect messages from God Himself to you.

Dreams are also known as night prophecy – a fancy way of saying we can hear from God while asleep.

I’ve recorded a 9 minute video on this topic that you can view here:

I know that many Christians are active dreamers, so I encourage you to continue journaling your dreams and asking God for the interpretation. I recorded this teaching to help others unfamiliar with receiving messages from God to see that dreams are a valid way He speaks today. This article by James Goll 7 Major Points for Understanding Your Dreams will clarify how to biblically interpret your dreams.

There are many videos on Christian dreaming and dream interpretation on You Tube. Search under John Paul Jackson, dream interpretation or Barbie Breathitt and hundreds of educational videos will surface.

One resource that upgraded my ability to understand my dreams is The Divinity Code by Adrian Beale and Adam Thompson. This Bible-based guide unmasks the mysteries of interpretation. Just as Joseph and Daniel partnered with the Holy Spirit to gain understanding, so can you. This book contains:

• The most extensive Christian dream dictionary ever assembled (with Scripture support).
• An important dictionary of names and places.
• A critical chapter on counterfeit interpretations by the occult.
• 101 interpreted dreams showing actual results.
• An invaluable metaphor dictionary.

“I will bless the Lord who guides me; even at night my heart instructs me,” Psalm 16:7.

Happy dreaming!

  1. You emphatically put a new twirl on a subject that’s been written about for years. Noteworthy material, just great! I enjoy reading a post that will make people think, thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner as well. If you have a chance check out my website. It’s a work in progress, but I assume that someday it will have nearly as good of substance as yours. kelly kosky
